There is a great need for the work of Future Light Africa in some rural communities and deprived urban settlements in Ghana.
In response, our work is incorporating financial sponsorship into our programs for orphans and vulnerable families.
We have worked on improving the lives of over 2,000 young people through direct Intervention.
We are strengthening emotional support to families through direct financial intervention and sponsorship initiatives. We are also improving the quality of basic education and promoting children’s basic literacy skills through greater community involvement.
We work closely with other establishments to effectively support the growing number of youth with the requisite training and resources so as to aid with sources of livelihood.
Working closely with local communities in Ghana, Future Light Africa designs Sponsorship programs to help vulnerable youths in giving them a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm along the way.
Our work with adolescents focuses on that challenging transition between childhood and adulthood by teaching them money, job and relationship skills. We also provide health education and care to children in need through our school health programs to help children stay healthy, well-nourished and in school.
